Q: How do I order?

A: Head to our Shop page to see what flavors and boxes are currently available! If a flavor is sold out or marked “Vaulted,” you can join the waitlist to get early alerts when it returns.

Q: Do you offer pickup or delivery?

A: We currently offer local pickup in [Greenville, AL].

Shipping is available at a flat rate of $10 within Butler County and $15 for delivery 25 miles outside of Butler County Limits. Details on pickup location are listed at checkout!

Q: How long do the berries stay fresh?

A: Best enjoyed within 24–48 hours of pickup. Keep them cool and covered—no direct sunlight or heat. Refrigerate if you’re saving them for later

Q: Can I customize my order?

A: Yes! Our Variety Box lets you build your own flavor combo. Or DM us if you’re looking for something special—like bulk orders or events.

Q: How do your flavor drops work?

A: We release limited-edition flavors during holidays and seasons. Once a flavor is gone, it’s “vaulted” and may come back later through waitlist-only access or exclusive boxes.

Q: Do you do events, bulk orders, or collabs?
